Why do we feel so tired?

One reason might be that we have a dead battery. Our cells can’t hold a charge. This is caused by several things, such as:

- Plastic Fats

- Hypothyroid

-Heavy Metals

-Dental Decay/root canals/bone infections

-Toxins

Today we are going to discuss Plastic Fats.

Plastic fats are fats made from Saturated fats that are cooked at high temperature so that they destroy the fat allowing it to have a longer shelf life. We know these as TRANSFATS and Partially Hydrated Fats. Please read the labels on your food and eliminate these toxic fats which are draining your cell’s battery.

To repair this problem you have to eat a lot of good fat. Good fat is any fat that will spoil such as avocados, raw nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, corn oil.

Coconut oil is best for cooking as it withstands the heat better than olive oil.

TIP: When cooking with olive oil you should add it last after you’ve cooked your food.

There are two types of Fat:

  1. Saturated fat – these are like the brinks to make your home.
  2. Omega fats – these are like the doors and windows.

Too many of one or the other won’t make a strong home. Too many bricks (saturated fats) you can’t get in or see out. Too many windows and doors (Omega fats) you won’t have strength.

You need both to make the perfect structure or to make a perfect cell.

Saturated fat : Omega 6,9 4:1

Omega 6,9 : Omega 3 4:1

Saturated fats are: Avocados, coconut, palm, beef, mutton, lard, butter, eggs, cocoa

Omega 6,9: Safflower, corn, olive, sesame, sunflower, oat, peanut

Omega 3: fish and flax seed (fish better than flax)

When you need more fat the best source is Raw Milk and Raw Cream and Eggs, which are total foods. Pasteurized milk is toxic!

Give this a try over the next several months and see how you feel, I’d love to see your responses through comments, or feel free to email me.
